TIS has diversilfed experience in various fields of Construction, Fabrication & Maintenance; and has been actively providing wide range of quality services covering but not limited to the following in Chemical,Petro-Chemical, Fertilizer Plants, Oil & Gas Refineries, Power & Cement Plants, Mineral & Mining Industry, and Water & Waste Water Treatment Plants.
PIPE SPOOL FABRICATION WORKSHOP: TIS has its own workshop facility spread in an area of
150,000 M2 located in Jubail. This facility is developed & equipped with state-of-the-art-equipment
covering High Speed Auto Cutting, Auto Bevelling & Auto Welding to provide most efficient &
consistently good quality Pipe Spools Fabrication Services for Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel as well
as Alloy Steel for the Pipe Size ranging from 2”- 66”. The current production capacity of this shop is
approx. 2500+ DI/Day. This facility is served by Overhead, Gantry & Tower Cranes for Material
handling in Laydown area as well as during the Fabrication, NDT & Blasting/Painting Activities.
VALVES MAINTENANCE SHOP: In order to meet growing demand & provide one-window
operations to our valued Customers, TIS has established a dedicated Valve Testing & Maintenance
Shop with contemporary equipment & requisite tools & accessories as well as highly trained
technical staff to ensure most efficient & consistently good quality of Valve Testing, Calibration,
Overhauling, Repair / Maintenance & Machining Jobs for all types of Valves including PSV/PRVs. TIS
has also added a Portable Mobile Shop which is equipped with all the latest equipment to offer
On-site Services to Test & Calibrate Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) & Breather Valves up to 24”.
